The online Master of Arts in Education (MA Ed) in School Principalship with a focus on grades PK-8 degree program prepares teachers for the administrative role of the principal in a PK-8 school. Students may select elective courses focused on early childhood education, elementary or middle school education, among many others.

Note: This program meets the requirements for Administrative and Supervisory Certification in Nebraska. Students pursuing certification in other states must check with their State Department of Education for certification. If you already have a master's degree in an educational discipline, this program can be a stand-alone endorsement. To be eligible for an endorsement as superintendent in the State of Nebraska, one must have earned a master's degree as principal, or have completed an endorsement program as principal from an accredited Nebraska college or university.
