The online Bachelor of Multidisciplinary Studies (BMS) degree in Applied Leadership degree program prepares students with foundational knowledge and transferrable skills for success in both the modern workplace and contemporary life.
This concentration provides theoretical understanding of leadership and organizations paired with courses that build a “toolbox” of practical and applied skills and competencies customizable to meet the needs and demands of the world in which we live and work. The BMS in Applied Leadership concentration focuses on the theoretical understanding of leadership and organizations and pairs this with practical and applied knowledge and skills.
